- These Terms and Conditions set out the general rules governing the application and accreditation process for Exhibitors at the Moricon 2026 convention, held on 11–13 September 2026 on the premises of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environmental Sciences of Bialystok University of Technology at 45E Wiejska Street in Białystok, the Centre for Modern Education of Bialystok University of Technology at 16 Zwierzyniecka Street in Białystok, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Bialystok University of Technology at 45D Wiejska Street in Białystok, and the green areas belonging to Bialystok University of Technology.
- These Terms and Conditions supplement the Moricon 2026 Safety Rules and Regulations.
- The operators of the Exhibitor Area are:
- Fundacja Wielka Żaba, with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Bukowska 122B/10, 60-398 Poznań, entered in the register of associations, other social and professional organisations, foundations and independent public healthcare institutions of the National Court Register by the District Court in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001136398;
- Fundacja frog.LITTLE, with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Bukowska 122B/10, 60-398 Poznań, entered in the register of associations, other social and professional organisations, foundations and independent public healthcare institutions of the National Court Register by the District Court in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001237858.
- The operators of the Exhibitor Area, hereinafter referred to as the Operators, act in agreement with the Organisers of the Moricon 2026 Convention.
- “Exhibitors” means individuals with full legal capacity or legal entities acting under an agreement with the Operators concerning promotional and sales booths selling goods and services to event participants, or promotional booths of a marketing nature.
- The detailed terms of the arrangement with each individual Exhibitor are outlined in a separate agreement.
- Applications for promotional and sales exhibitors are accepted no later than 7 July 2026, using the form available on the Event websites.
- Acceptance of an application does not mean that the application has been approved. Information on confirmation, rejection, or placement on the waiting list will be sent by email no later than 31 July 2026.
- Acceptance of the cooperation terms takes place upon signing the agreement electronically no later than 8 August 2026.
- If the agreement is not signed on time or payment for the booth is not made on time, the place at the event is forfeited and a person from the waiting list will be taken for that place, of which they will be informed no later than 16 August 2026.
- Acceptance of the cooperation terms by people from the waiting list takes place upon signing the agreement electronically no later than 24 August 2026.
- Payment for the booth is made on the basis of an invoice within 7 days from the date of issue of the document.
- The Operators provide Exhibitors with:
- exhibition space based on the price list available at https://moricon.pl/zgloszenia-wystawcy and https://moricon.pl/booths-registration,
- a place for loading and unloading commodities;
- event accreditation for one or more people, according to individual arrangements;
- access to the buildings from 18:00 to 22:00 on 10 September 2026 and from 10:00 on 11 September 2026 for the purpose of setting up the booth;
- furniture — benches and chairs — according to the submitted requirements and based on an individual price list;
- an electricity connection, provided that a need for it has been reported, based on an individual price list;
- settlement of vouchers issued by the Operators in cash or by transfer to the Exhibitor’s bank account indicated in the agreement.
- The Exhibitor may order additional advertising services based on individual arrangements with the Operators.
- After approval of the application, each Exhibitor is entitled to a specified number of accreditations included in the booth price, depending on the size of the booth:
- Handmade Booth with one bench — accreditation for one person;
- Handmade+ Booth and modular booths — accreditation for two people.
- The Exhibitor has the right to order additional accreditations at the price of a three-day ticket in the first presale round.
- The Operators do not provide the Exhibitor with accommodation or sleeping space.
- Exhibitors are required to:
- prepare their booth before the start of the Convention on a given day and leave the Convention area on 13 September 2026 by 16:30;
- comply with occupational health and safety and fire safety regulations;
- check the condition of the furniture entrusted to them and immediately inform the Operators of any damage, under pain of financial liability for the entrusted property;
- keep their booth tidy during the Convention and after it ends;
- dispose of waste generated during the event in the place designated by the Operators;
- pay for the booth within the deadline specified in these Terms and Conditions;
- comply with laws relating to business or artistic activity and copyright;
- not conduct, within the booth area, activities related to upbringing, education, recreation, treatment, psychological counselling, spiritual development, sports practice, or the pursuit of other interests by minors, or care for minors, in accordance with the Act on Counteracting Threats of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors (Dz. U. 2016, poz. 862), unless the arrangements with the Operators provide otherwise;
- accept vouchers issued by the Operators and record them in the same manner as ordinary sales;
- inform the Operators of any late arrival at the event or early departure from it;
- ensure clear and non-misleading labelling of products offered for sale, product sale prices, and the currency used.
- Obligations arising from applicable law are the obligations of the Exhibitor, and the Operators are not liable for any failure to fulfil them.
- Exhibitors are prohibited from:
- connecting electrical devices with power consumption greater than that agreed with the Operators before the Convention, based on the requirements reported by the Exhibitor;
- selling firearms, melee weapons, replicas, or any hazardous materials;
- selling alcohol, tobacco and nicotine products, or drugs;
- selling erotic or pornographic goods;
- selling goods from categories other than those declared in the application form;
- using kitchen appliances for heat treatment or other devices generating smoke or steam, except as agreed with the Operators;
- selling goods produced on the basis of a work generated by artificial intelligence (AI) technology;
- conducting advertising activities using works generated by artificial intelligence (AI) technology;
- subletting the booth to other entities;
- conducting advertising activities outside the booth without prior arrangements with the Operators.
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in:
- a warning;
- withdrawal of part of the goods from sale;
- termination of the agreement with the Exhibitor with immediate effect, resulting in removal from the event premises and/or withdrawal of accreditation without reimbursement of costs incurred by the Exhibitor.
- The Operators are not liable for damage suffered by Exhibitors resulting from external factors, such as lack of electricity or water, or caused by third parties.
- The location of the booth and the arrangement of benches are determined by the Operators before the start of the Convention. Any changes are possible after individual consultation with the Operators at the event venue or by email correspondence.
- The Exhibitor has the right to submit a complaint regarding costs connected with these Terms and Conditions in the event of a discrepancy between the actual state of affairs and the agreement, in particular concerning:
- the allocated exhibition space;
- the time of access to the school premises for the purpose of setting up the booth;
- the provided equipment, including benches, chairs, and power connectors.
- Complaints are accepted by the Operators within 7 days from the end of the Convention. The Operators will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
- The Operators reserve the right to amend these General Rules. In the event of an amendment to the General Rules, people who have already applied will be informed of this electronically.
- The Operators are not required to state the reason for rejecting an application for booth admission.

- In all other matters, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code apply.
